Who we are

Our team is composed of professionals who not only hold advanced degrees and certifications in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business, and Human Resources but, crucially, have years of experience solving real organizational problems. Our principal consultant is a seasoned HR and organizational development (OD) practitioner in the Hampton Roads area who has helped organizations across the country solve their HR and OD challenges. One of our consultants currently serves as a professor at a local university and publishes research in esteemed outlets, such as the Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Research Methods, and the Journal of Organizational Behavior, reflecting our commitment to staying at the forefront of our field and providing scientifically rigorous solutions. With a wealth of experience, our team has provided tailor-made solutions across various sectors within the local business community and beyond.

Outside the professional sphere, our family shares a love for the outdoors. Whether it's kayaking on the Elizabeth River, hiking with our dog in Southwest Virginia, driving along the Blue Ridge Parkway, or traveling to Illinois and Pennsylvania to spend time with family, these shared hobbies fortify our bond, enabling us to bring a cohesive and collaborative approach to every project.
